If you don’t want to cook with all that cucumber, you can add them to your water. Cucumbers are very high in calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, and vitamins A & K. Just add a couple slices of cucumber and optionally a small pinch of sea salt. If you’re making a pitcher full, which is 2 quarts, you can use two whole cucumbers. I like to add more things such as oranges, lemons, mint or ginger. Enjoy!
